A new project for Historic Fort Worth, SOLD! on Historic Neighborhoods needed a promotional logo that let people who were interested in old homes know what to expect at the one-day event, an also had the “look and feel” of historic architecture.

It is said, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away,” so when it came to creating the logo for Fort Worth Women’s Health Month, combining an apple with the silhouette of a woman to symbolize health was the obvious choice.

The old library stereotype is of dusty, musty old books stacked row upon row upon row. To show the Fort Worth Library was current, relevant and modern, with such amenities as “wi-fi” at all of their locations, we developed a multi-colored spiral that represents life long learning, made up various shapes and sizes of rectangles representing the variety of the collection.

Sometimes the best logos are the simplest. This is true for this graphic representation of Pine Mountain Vineyards. Based on the shape of a triangle, each element, even the grapes, echoes the other. Clean, crisp and oh so tasty.

GPD stands for Global Performance Development, an internal group within Alcon Laboratories, Inc. responsible for improving overall business performance throughout the entire organization, worldwide. The marbles represent the globe and imply business is a game “played for keeps.”

Personal training and fitness are growing industries and use of identity to differentiate businesses and individuals is more important today than ever. Cherry Herzog is a fitness professional and trainer who is also the regional representative and educator for PeakPilates®, the national organization for education and development regarding Pilates. A “signature” line identity, using an abstract butterfly showing movement was a perfect fit for Cherry.

Promotional Identity
The 2010 annual fundraising event theme for Nolan Catholic High School was Mardi Gras: Western Style. We created a promotional logo for the event in cream, brown and teal that has a western flavor centered around the traditional Mardi Gras mask set over festive ribbons and incorporating their seal in the background.
